The FAQ’s

Frequently Asked Questions

Individual therapy sessions are $190 for 50 minutes. Couples therapy sessions are $220 for 55 minutes. I charge a prorated fee for longer sessions.

Sliding scale fees can be considered for those who can demonstrate a financial need and these spots are limited. Your health and well-being is important to me. I can refer you to lower fee options if we cannot work together at this time.

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and couples therapy sessions are 55 minutes. I will sometimes suggest that we extend couples therapy sessions to 75 / 90 minutes. Longer sessions can be necessary if there is reactivity due to recent or past emotional injuries that need additional time to understand and work through. It is beneficial to meet weekly in the beginning for containment and momentum. As trust, safety, and connection is built, and after laying a more sturdy sense of groundwork, we can explore making changes to the frequency of our sessions while maintaining progress.

I do not take insurance and can supply you with a Superbill which is an itemized receipt that includes the information required for out-of-network reimbursement. Clients with PPO insurance plans typically get partial reimbursement from their insurance companies. Please check with your insurance provider to see what is covered under your mental / behavioral health for out-of-network providers.

Personalized Therapy Plan

Together, we’ll design a therapy plan that reflects your needs and values. My approach is client-centered, relational, and trauma-informed. Depending on what serves you best, I may integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness practices, parts work, or cognitive approaches like CBT and ACT. Each plan is uniquely tailored to your pace and emotional readiness.
