Individual Therapy
Going at your pace, I join you in your desire to heal from attachment injuries and developmental trauma, experience relief from difficult feelings, navigate life transitions, and improve relationships. I use an integrated and uniquely tailored approach often from a trauma lens and drawing from various modalities as I see fit. This includes EMDR, emotional focused individual therapy, parts work, and cognitive modalities when helpful. I aim to keep you safe by adding to or strengthening your internal resources. We will sort through layers of injury and protection that surround you, to access the deepest core of your being. I can help you break through old patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we will explore and be curious about current challenges, uncover defenses, practice mindful awareness of feelings, and cultivate self-compassion. My work treats a wide variety of symptoms including processing grief, depression and anxiety. It is investing in yourself by carving out time in therapy that can pave the way to more aliveness and connection to authenticity with yourself and others.
